A dedicated and talented professional, Ms. Edmonds is a seventeen-year veteran with CBRE, currently working as the Western Regional Director of Research which encompasses over 35 CBRE and partner offices. Ms. Edmonds oversees 70 CBRE Research professionals and she is responsible for recruitment, training and development of the research staff. She also coordinates the activities, including managing the delivery of consistent, industry leading information to our internal and external clients. Additionally, Ms. Edmonds focuses on the development and implementation of new CBRE research products and services.
In her seventeen years with CBRE, Ms. Edmonds has worked in both the field and corporate groups of the company, which provides her with a real world perspective on the needs of the sales professional. Prior to her current assignment, Ms. Edmonds held the following positions with CBRE:
- Office Operations Manager for the Inland Empire, one of the fastest growing markets in the United States, producing revenues over $50 million
- Senior Information Manager for the Inland Empire and San Diego markets
- Information Management Coordinator for greater Los Angeles markets
- Information Management Researcher, City of Industry
