Jason is a junior partner in one of Orange County’s most successful commercial real estate teams specializing in corporate real estate in Orange County. He excels in his role as an advisor and is primarily responsible for marketing high profile office buildings, negotiating lease transactions, and project management.
Jason is an extremely motivated, creative, strategist that brings high levels of energy, professionalism and creativity to our team’s corporate real estate assignments.
Prior to his work in Orange County, Jason served CBRE in West Los Angeles as a junior member on a leasing team exclusively for the “Trophy,” five million square foot, JP Morgan Global Real Assets portfolio in West Los Angeles. This portfolio included the following iconic landmark buildings: The Water Garden, Century Plaza Towers and 2000 Avenue of the Stars.
Jason has been a key member of a team responsible for leasing of over 500,000 square feet of quality office space during 2011, which included the following notable transactions: Westfield (80,000 RSF) and CBS (53,000 RSF).
Jason places a high value on his relationships and is a loyal servant to his clients. He sees himself as an extension of his clients and therefore always acts in their best interest. He sets high standard for himself and his team and is known for conducting business with diplomacy, integrity and mutual respect.
Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and International Business from The George Washington University.
