Professional Experience
Nick joined CBRE in July 1994. Since then he has specialized in industrial/distribution sale and lease transactions in New Jersey. In 2000, Nick along with Bill Waxman co-founded the Tri-State Team, which has formed a well-rounded consultative relationship based approach that provides best of class service for local, national, and international clients.
Nick brings a high level of energy and ability to the group. He provides a strong focus on the client’s needs; past, present, and future. In the past two years, Nick and his team have finalized $350,000,000 worth of transactions equaling almost 9,000,000 square feet. In 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 they were the number one team in New Jersey and are on track to do the same in 2007.
