Professional Experience
Kim Wallis is the Real Estate Manager at the Morris Corporate Center located in Parsippany, New Jersey where she works with the Real Estate Manager, Kim Stirba who is responsible for 1.2 million square foot portfolio owned by LaSalle Partners. Her duties include assisting the property manager with monthly financial reporting, annual budgets, tenant accounts receivables, tenant relations, and tenant leases.
Kim Wallis began her Real Estate career with Gale & Wentworth, LLC in 1997 as an Administrative Assistant in the Leasing Department then advanced into the Management Services department as a Property Administrative Coordinator. She was then promoted to a Property Manager and worked for a year managing buildings located in New Jersey. In September of 2000, she joined CBRE as an Assistant Property Manager.
Kim Wallis is proficient in the following accounting software programs MRI and JDE Edwards.
