Professional Experience

Jamie joined CBRE in the fall of 2007. Since then she has taken a hands on approach to all marketing and account management needs maintaining the marketing, technical activities, and general internal workings of Bill Waxman and Mindy Lissner’s New Jersey industrial team. They rely on her to be the central coordinating point. Her responsibilities include the management of day-to-day operations in addition to writing, creating and producing marketing materials such as offering memorandums, proposals, newsletters and presentations, as well as interfacing with clients on a daily basis. She is a strategic asset in the industrial group, an active participant in CBRE’s corporate culture and a highly motivated employee who is poised for long term growth and success at CBRE.

Jamie’s demanding position with two of the state’s top producers has showcased her ability to succeed on a competitive team by adding value in her role as a Client Services Specialist. Her contributions helped drive the team to their most successful year to date where in 2010 they brokered over 7 million sq. ft. of transactions across the country totaling over $327 million in value.

Jamie is also an integral part of CBRE’s International Port Logistics Group. She adds incredible flare and dedication to the group and has brought them to the forefront of CBRE’s Specialty Practice line. She is deeply committed to philanthropy and community service and has taken on an equal level of responsibility and outreach within the company. She is an active participant in CBRE’s Women’s Network, participated in CBRE’s first ever Build-Day in New Orleans and is co-chairing a food drive for the Community Food Bank of New Jersey to collect food and coordinate a volunteer day. Watch her as she grows in to one of CBRE’s top young professionals.
