Paul Gaither has been with the CBRE since 1997, specializing in retail investment sales throughout the southeast. During this time, he has coordinated the sale of neighborhood, community and power centers, enclosed malls, single tenant net leased investments, and retail land totaling approximately $780 million in value and over 9 million square feet. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, he has helped his clients execute many of the notable shopping center transactions in the region, including: the Pinnacle at Turkey Creek ($131 million), the Village Portfolio ($41 million), Tigertown in Opelika, AL ($31.6 million), Rivergate Station in Nashville, TN ($20.6 million), and Riverplace Shopping Center in Sevierville, TN ($19.4 million).

Jim Morris joined CBRE in 2002 and is a member of the company's Investment Properties Group. He focuses on the disposition of shopping centers and related retail properties throughout the southeast. Jim has sold virtually all types of retail assets, including grocery anchored centers, power centers, regional malls, and single tenant retail. In addition, he has experience selling distressed retail assets, redevelopment projects, and regional development tracts.
