As a Real Estate Manager for CBRE, Mr. Lang manages commercial real estate for institutions and individuals to maximize the value of their real estate assets. Mr. Lang is directly responsible for yearly budget and management plan preparation, monthly financial reporting, owner communication, tenant relations, and collections for a portfolio of industrial and office properties. Additionally, Mr. Lang evaluates and communicates with vendors and service providers to assure that the property continues to maintain and meet CBRE's property management requirements. Mr. Lang has been with CBRE since 2000.
Mr. Lang is currently responsible for 1.1 million square foot portfolio consisting of office and industrial product. His experience includes providing management & oversight to a successful renovation and repositioning of a 4-building 180,000 SF office complex. This leads to a 37% increase in occupancy within a 9-month period. In 2008, Mr. Lang renovated a 190,000 SF industrial building. Upgrades included on ESFR fire suppression system and many cosmetic items. Occupancy was increased from 16% to 87% within 12 months. Prior to his current position at CBRE, Mr. Lang was part of a team, which managed a 5 million SF portfolio for AMB Property Corporation.
