Professional Experience

As a Program Manager for CBRE's Sustainability Programs Group, Adam Fransen consults with a diverse base of clients and stakeholders to help them meet their environmental performance goals.  In addition to supporting CBRE's global sustainability platform, his main role is the planning and execution of LEED for Existing Buildings (LEED EB) certification projects.  As a  LEED Accredited Professional, Mr. Fransen has successfully led 45 LEED certification efforts encompassing 35 million square feet across the United States and Canada.

Mr. Fransen frequently shares his in-depth knowledge of sustainable operating practices through speaking engagements and education events nationwide. 

Mr. Fransen was elected to the U.S. Green Building Council Implementation Advisory Committee in 2010 and currently serves as Vice Chair.  In previous positions with CBRE and Trammell Crow Company, he managed maintenance and facility operations for Fortune 500 firms.
