Professional Experience
Greg Becker, MAI, is a Senior Vice President with over 22 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience in 43 states. Mr. Becker is in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s Palm Beach Gardens office in the Southeast Region. Mr. Becker’s primary geographical location is Florida and the Caribbean.
Since 2003, Mr. Becker has specialized in the valuation of retail, industrial and office properties. Mr. Becker’s experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including regional, neighborhood and community shopping centers, institutional grade industrial properties, automobile dealerships, office buildings and self-storage facilities. Mr. Becker is a member of the Retail Valuation Group, the Medical Office Building (MOB) Valuation Practice and the Financial & Tax Reporting Services Group.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2003, Mr. Becker was a review appraiser with an Atlanta financial institution, a senior appraiser with Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen and self-employed.
