PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Devin White focuses his efforts in industrial sale and lease transactions in Southern Florida, specializing in tenant and landlord representation for local, regional and national clients. Prior to joining CBRE, Devin had a successful introduction into the industry supported by an 8+ year tenure with Flagler Real Estate. While positioned at Flagler, Devin played an integral part in and worked with a team of professionals responsible for the successful leasing and disposition of Beacon Industrial Park, one of the largest industrial parks in South Florida encompassing over one million SF of industrial space. Devin also worked on the successful venture of Beacon Lakes, a 480 acre master planned business park located in Miami-Dade County’s Airport West market.
With multiple years of experience in the industrial sector, Devin’s clients benefit from his innovative approach to business providing his clients with a variety of service lines that offer key solutions for all of their real estate requirements.
During his tenure in commercial real estate, Devin has successfully completed over $50 million in combined transactions which include lease transactions, land and building sales totaling 1.7± million square feet.
