Amy Julian joined CBRE in 2007 as a Financial Analyst. She is responsible for financial underwriting, property valuation, market analysis, and the development of marketing materials for the sale and financing of investment properties. Since joining CBRE, Amy has participated in over $1.5 billion of sale and financing assignments.
Prior to joining CBRE, Amy served as a Financial Analyst for Trammell Crow Company in the Capital Markets department, where she was responsible for financial modeling and the production of marketing materials for the sale and financing of office properties throughout the State of Florida. She began her career as a Hardware Design Engineer at Teradyne, Inc. in Boston before relocating to Miami in 2005.
Amy graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2000, a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2001, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Boston College in 2005.
