Bel Incorporated

CBRE represented Bel Incorporated in its 342,750 square foot lease acquisition at Lincoln Logisitics Park in Miami. David Albert, Senior Vice President and Devin White, Vice President, who recently joined CBRE’s Miami operations, represented Bel in finding a location that allowed for their client to expand and consolidate their operations into one space. This transaction represented the largest industrial lease transaction in Miami in 2010.

Ryder Integrated Logistics

Representing the interests of Ryder Integrated Logistics, John Vaught, First Vice President and Elsa Heredia, Associate, successfully leased 173,712 at AMB Beacon Lakes in Miami. John Vaught and Elsa Heredia are also the SPOC’s for the Ryder account and have completed several transaction in 2010 for this client.

HeartWare

Representing the interests of the seller, John Vaught, First Vice President and Elsa Heredia, Associate, sold the Miami Lakes Life Sciences Manufacturing Campus to a partnership of the Boston based investment firm Marcus Partners and local developer Easton Group.  During the transaction, John and Elsa also facilitated the successful leasing of 130,922 square feet of lab, clean room, office and support space to medical device manufacturer Heartware, Inc. 

London Square

CBRE’s National Retail Investment Group Florida Team of Casey Rosen, Senior Vice President, Dennis Carson, Senior Vice President and Nik Kozy, Vice President, represented an affiliate of Boca Raton, Florida based Woolbright Development Inc in the sale of London Square, a retail shopping center and office building in Miami, Florida. The property was acquired by RREEF and resulted in the largest open air shopping center transaction in Florida since 2008.
