CBRE represented Bel Incorporated in its 342,750 square foot lease acquisition at Lincoln Logisitics Park in Miami. David Albert, Senior Vice President and Devin White, Vice President, who recently joined CBRE’s Miami operations, represented Bel in finding a location that allowed for their client to expand and consolidate their operations into one space. This transaction represented the largest industrial lease transaction in Miami in 2010.

The property was acquired by RREEF and resulted in the largest open air shopping center transaction in Florida since 2008. |
