    Memphis Health Center celebrates construction with topping out ceremony
    The Memphis Health Center, located at E.H. Crump Boulevard and S. 4th Street, celebrated the construction of their new facility with a topping out ceremony. The event marked the highest point of the building with a small tree and United States flag. The CB Richard Ellis Memphis project management team oversees the construction and project.

    Pan Am International Flight Academy building sold to Valhalla Financial
    Valhalla Financial completed the acquisition of the Pan Am International Flight Academy, a single-tenant office asset located in Southwind Office Park immediately north of the FedEx Express World Headquarters campus. Valhalla Financial, a private investment firm with offices in California and New York, purchased the Property for about $4.9 million on June 16, 2014 from Road Bay Investments, LLC. Johnny Lamberson and Terry Radford, both of CB Richard Ellis Memphis, represented the seller in the transaction.

    CBRE|Memphis Project Management team featured in Memphis Daily News
    The CB Richard Ellis Memphis Project Management team was featured in a recent Memphis Daily News article. The Project Management team is responsible for all aspects of the construction process for its clients, such as tenant improvements, due diligence, pre-construction, design, bidding, construction and move management. Current projects of the team include the development of Volvo Group’s new 1 million-square-foot distribution center inside Panattoni Development Co.’s Gateway Global Logistics Center, and the redevelopment of the Memphis Health Center on Crump Boulevard.
