Anthony LiVecchi is a senior associate in the South Jersey Marlton office of CBRE Inc. the largest global real estate firm. He is a member of one of the Philadelphia region's top office brokerage teams and bases his practice on cultivating exclusive and long-term relationships with clients and local owners. Major projects have included lease acquisitions and space dispositions for financial and insurance related firms, law firms, major health care systems, Fortune 500 companies; multi-market relocations, strategic development strategies, occupancy cost reduction analysis, space utilization analysis and advanced lease renewals.
Anthony has also represented many of South Jersey's premier office buildings. His ability to understand the ramifications of a transaction from both the landlord and the tenant's side enables him to devise creative and efficient real estate solutions for his clients.
