David L. Hardy, CCIM, Managing Director/Partner

David Hardy is the Managing Director for CBRE|Louisville and team leader for the office division. David has over twenty-four years of experience in the Louisville office market. His practice covers the representation of owners of office buildings in finding tenants or buyers and the representation of tenants and buyers in acquiring the appropriate facilities. David also represents buyers and sellers of investment property. David has handled the sale of numerous office buildings in the region and has represented tenants that have leased more than six million square feet of office space in more than eighty buildings in the local market.
 

Marc Barlow, CCIM, Vice President

Marc Barlow has specialized in office brokerage in Louisville for 20 years. Prior to commercial real estate, his background includes two years in public accounting with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and nine years in banking. As the sales and leasing manager for a local developer, Marc leased space and directed the marketing for several high profile class A properties in Suburban Louisville. He has played a key role in the lease and/or sale of several properties for clients in Louisville and the surrounding area.
 

AMY MIRANDA, CCIM, VICE PRESIDENT

Since joining CBRE|Louisville in 2007, Amy has been a valued member of the Office Services group specializing in Landlord representation services. Amy also has extensive experience selling properties and representing office tenants. During 2011, Amy led a medical services group in setting up their Midwest regional headquarters before returning to CBRE in 2012. Amy is a true leader and is has the experience and resources to successfully market properties to tenants and buyers in all market conditions. She brings a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to every transaction.

​David Seay, CCIM, Senior Associate

David Seay has been active in the commercial real estate suburban market for the past 15 years, primarily in the area of landlord representation. David has extensive experience in negotiating real estate transactions of income producing real estate. He has a strong market knowledge, which is focused on the suburban office market, as well as creative ideas for the implementation of targeted marketing campaigns and a solid history of sales success. David has a proven ability to coordinate the efforts of many to meet time frames and organizational goals.

David A. Williams, Vice President

David Williams, a Vice President at CBRE|Louisville, dedicates his efforts to representing tenants, buyers and developers in the leasing and purchasing of office properties. With over nine years of experience on the CBRE|Louisville office team, David has been involved in more than $400 million in sales and lease transactions. David has represented several Fortune 500 companies, including but not limited to: Allstate Insurance, AT&T, Bank of America Corporation, Caterpillar, CBS Corporation, Citigroup Inc., Constellation Energy, General Electric, HP Enterprise Services, IBM, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Kroger Co., McKesson Corporation, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Northrop Grumman, Sprint Nextel Corporation, Wellpoint, and Yum Brands.
