For the last twenty plus years, Penny has gained extensive knowledge and experience in the retail industry. She has a loyal following of tenants and landlords who have trusted her with their business in the Las Vegas market since 1997. Penny has specialized in Retail, for both Landlord and Tenant Representation.
Penny moved to the Las Vegas area from Los Angeles, CA after spending many years in the Fashion Apparel Industry in wholesale manufacturing, sales and retail capacities. In 1994, Penny relocated to Chicago, Illinois to pursue a career in Real Estate. While in Chicago, she worked full time for ERA/American Invsco, as a Realtor Associate for sales and marketing of condominium conversions in Chicago's "Gold Coast" & Michigan Avenue's prestigious, "One Magnificent Mile". In January of 1997, Penny moved back to Las Vegas, Nevada, and joined the firm of NAI Horizon. She devoted seven years specializing in Retail Commercial Leasing, Sales and Tenant Representation. In December 2004, Penny joined "CBRE" as Senior Associate of her Retail Team. Penny's attention to detail, market knowledge, and customer service awards her the recognition as one of the top producers in the Las Vegas commercial real estate community.
A recognized broker within the industry, Penny focuses on landlord and tenant representation, void analysis & property evaluations, development services, research and marketing. Penny has represented such tenants as Sunflower Farmer’s Market, Planet Fitness, Goodwill of Southern Nevada, Inc., The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Jamba Juice, Sprint Corporation, Zappos.com, and DXL/Casual Male. Landlord representation has included such clients as Donahue Schriber, Wal-Mart Realty, Starbucks Corporation, Harsch Investment Properties, Sarofim Realty Advisors, Fifield Realty Corp, and American Realty Advisors.
