Christina has been involved in the commercial real estate arena since 1988.
Disciplined exclusively in the specialty of Commercial Investment Property Sales, Christina has been involved in the sale of more than $1.8 Billion worth of investment property, representing more than 5.9 million square feet of office buildings, shopping centers, retail buildings, business parks, self storage facilities, as well as land for investment.
Christina’s expertise is in understanding what drives value for a property within the capital markets and her ability to access private capital. Her marketing strategies for investment properties, utilizing sound underwriting strategies and CBRE’s national platform has allowed Christina to be one of the leading investment property brokers in the west. Her background in sales, leasing and asset management brings enormous depth and understanding to each assignment.
As a founding member of the National Private Capital Group, Christina has worked to help create a national platform where the needs of the private capital investor are met. Christina brings a regional market dimension to assignments, and benefits both owners and buyers who seek or have a presence in the pacific southwest region.
