As Senior Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for both CBRE|Martin and CBRE|Grand Rapids, Trish Foster oversees approximately 70 professionals with assignments across the state, country and globe.
Through a steadfast customer service approach, Ms. Foster focuses on creating real estate and facilities solutions for a diverse client base by aligning each with the best professional talent to achieve superior results. From educational clients to investment clients; local office, retail and industrial product owners to global corporations; federal, state, county and city public sector agencies to mid cap companies; healthcare industry clients to banking industry clients, Ms. Foster serves as the relationship liaison ensuring that service expectations are exceeded. Leading by example and as a true trusted advisor, Ms. Foster delivers results to existing clients while continually expanding new business opportunities for the firm in all areas of commercial real estate including: brokerage services, agency leasing, investor services, corporate services, occupier services, asset services, facilities management, property management, project management, valuation and advisory and strategic consulting.
Ms. Foster’s comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate has developed over two decades, beginning in her role as the firm’s accountant and expanding through leadership roles in each business line before assuming the role of Director of Operations for the both offices in 2002.
