Dan Sermak made the transition from residential to commercial management during 2002 when he joined CBRE|Martin. He currently manages a varied portfolio of office and retail properties to which he has successfully applied his broad experience and knowledge. Prior to his arrival at CBRE|Martin, Dan served as a residential Property Manager for P.M. One, Ltd, and gained experience with conventional, section 8, cooperative and condominium properties.
