Professional Experience
Roselle Franklin joined CBRE, Inc. in 1999 as a Broker Assistant in the New
York Office specializing in marketing operations for several office leasing
teams. Since then she has been promoted several times leading to her current
position as Client Services Team Lead with the Houston Capital Markets
Multi-Housing and Debt & Equity Finance Groups. Mrs. Franklin is
responsible for orchestrating all marketing operations, preparing mortgage loan
submissions, performing market research, assisting in pre- and post-closing loan
processes, mapping, graphic design, web marketing campaigns and maintaining the
teams portfolio.
Before joining CBRE’s Houston Captial Markets Group, Roselle was a Client
Services Team Lead responsible for providing support to the Capital Markets IPIG
Office and Industrial Team in Baltimore, MD. She specialized in coordinating
the marketing and communications of all investment sales availabilites,
directing all activities from project acquisition to closing, as well as the
production of presentation materials for all new business pursuits and team
promotion.
Prior to joining CBRE, Roselle worked as an Administrative Coordinator with
the University of MD Medical System as well as the litigation consulting firm
Cornerstone Research. Mrs. Franklin has held real estate salesperson licenses
in both the State of Maryland and the State of New York.
