Nathan Jones is a Senior Financial Analyst for CBRE’s Capital Markets
Multi-Housing Group in Houston, TX and directs the detailed financial evaluation
and marketing efforts for the disposition of single assets and portfolio
holdings for private and institutional clientele. A 16-year veteran of
commercial real estate, Mr. Jones has underwritten more than $5 billion in real
estate development and dispositions since 2000.
Prior to joining CBRE,
Nathan worked for The Hanover Company, Situs, Hearthstone, Belmont Village and
HCR Manor Care. While at Hanover, he played an integral role in the
decision-making process for luxury multifamily projects ranging in value from
$50-200 million. At Situs, he underwrote more than $2 billion in portfolio,
development, construction and re-positioning/value-add loans for major lenders
and pension fund clients.
