PROFESSIONAL EXPIRIENCE

Linda Alequin supports Portfolio Services as a Client Services Coordinator with primary responsibility for responding to all property inquiries, database, website management, creation of marketing material and client reporting for all disposition projects. With significant marketing and client inquiry experience, Ms. Alequin provides crucial day-to-day management of property listings for the Portfolio Services team.
 
Ms. Alequin manages and responds to all property requests via phone and email and directs inquiries for follow-up.  She is also responsible for the collection of information required for the production of all marketing materials and develops property brochures, offering memorandums and due diligence information.  She reviews the quality of all documents and then posts applicable information to the CBRE Portfolio Services website. Her web design ensures posting of accurate information with ease of access while maintaining client confidentiality.
 
Ms. Alequin also gained significant previous experience drafting leases, coordinating tour books for tenant representation activity and creating multiple property campaigns for regional real estate companies.  This prior experience enables her to support the team with every facet of property marketing and new business pursuits.
