PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Linda Alequin supports CBRE's Houston Retail Team as a Client Services Coordinator with both tenant and landlord representation assignments in the Houston area.   
Ms. Alequin's primary responsibilities include coordinating site drive books and being the primary liaison between brokers, tenants, property management teams and vendors. Other responsibilities include generating demographic reports, creating both custom aerials and maps, drafting LOIs, preparing lease abstracts, lease assumptions reports, routing new leases & sales contracts for execution, handling accounting functions including commission calculations, invoices and monthly sales reports.  Duties also include escrow management services related to the delivery of earnest money and executed contracts to the appropriate title companies.
 
Prior to joining the CBRE Houston Retail Team Ms. Alequin supported CBRE's Capital Markets Portfolio Services Team handling database and website management, creation of marketing material, collecting nationwide zoning ordinances, zoning maps, analyzing property zoning designations, tracking and obtaining environmental reports, titles, surveys, property taxes and creating marketing client reporting for all disposition projects. Other responsibilities included development and creating offering memorandums, property brochures, electronic property campaigns, and creating both property and due diligence web pages.  Her web design ensured posting of accurate information with ease of access while maintaining client confidentiality.
 
Ms. Alequin also gained significant previous experience drafting leases, coordinating tour books for tenant representation activity and creating multiple property campaigns for regional real estate companies.  This prior experience enables her to support the team with every facet of property marketing and new business pursuits.
