The 28-story high rise tower known as Pauahi Tower is composed of 442,250 square feet of commercial office, retail and restaurant space. The 28 floors of Class A office space provide both local and national firms with the most distinctive Honolulu address.
The Pauahi Tower was completed in 1983 and features a travertine marble and bronze tinted glass exterior and full height glass window.

Air Conditioning
Pauahi Tower is equipped a “Variable Volume Constant Temperature System”. With this system, filtered dehumidified air is delivered to outlets within your suite. Elevators
A total of 10 elevators service the building. Four elevators are designated to service floors upper Lobby - 12. In the high-rise bank, six elevators are designated to service floros 13 - 28. Each bank of elevators includes one freight elevator which doubles as a passenger elevator during non-freight hours. The freight elevators include basement service.
Ceiling Height
The typical finished ceiling hieght in the Pauahi Tower is 8’4” with a two foot plenum.
