Michael joined the Investment Services Group as a Multi-Housing specialist in 2002 after having completed ten years with the Consulting & Valuation Group at CBRE/New England. While serving as a consultant, Mr. Stone assisted the Investment Services Group with Multi-Housing transactions and advisory services. In his tenure, Mr. Stone has served as a trusted advisor in over 300 Multi-Housing transactions totaling over 30,000 units and over $1.5 Billion. He has provided brokerage, consulting and valuation services to countless institutional, public and private organizations.
Mr. Stone’s extensive experience with both market-rate housing as well as subsidized housing throughout Connecticut has regarded him as an expert in the multi-housing marketplace. In addition, his experience with commercial real estate includes consulting and valuation/advisory services relating to numerous types of properties including office buildings, industrial properties, retail properties, hotels, and mixed-use properties.
