    CBRE|Triad is pleased to announce it has been awarded by Lingerfelt CommonWealth Partners to handle the leasing responsibilities for Deep River Corporate Center, West Friendly Business Park, and Airpark West Office Park located in the airport submarket of Greensboro, NC. The entire portfolio consists of 14 buildings with a combined total of approximately 380,000 SF and an occupancy rate of 85%.

    CBRE|Triad Announces Representation of First Watch Daytime Cafe in Triad Area
    CBRE|Triad is pleased to announce they have been awarded exclusive representation of First Watch franchisees in the Triad region. The Triad market is currently ramping up site selection for its First Watch locations. Franchisee John Tobe has plans to open five to seven locations in the region. First Watch is currently considering sites in Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Salem with plans to announce initial commitments later this year. Preferred sites for the locations include high visibility endcaps with outdoor patios in dominant retail corridors and employment centers.

Our office has had a tremendous impact in the Triad real estate community based on deal volume over the past several years.  In 2016, the Triad office completed 227 total transactions worth over $199 million.  Of those, 190 were lease transactions encompassing 4.9 million square feet worth $157.3 million, and 37 sales transactions worth $41.6 million.  In 2016, the CBRE Mid-South offices (excluding Northern Virginia and Charlotte, NC offices) completed 373 sales transactions totaling $2.1 billion, and 1,542 leasing transactions encompassing 17.7 million square feet with gross value of $1.09 billion.​

Our office is the largest property management firm in the Piedmont Triad, managing over 6.9 million square feet for both owners and investors of commercial real estate. The vast portfolio includes office, industrial, retail and flex properties. 

Greensboro is located in the heart of North Carolina, approximately 70 miles west of Raleigh and 90 miles northeast of Charlotte.  The Triad market consists of approximately 75 million square feet of industrial space and 24 million square feet of office space.
