    CBRE|Triad Announces IHOP Coming to Battleground Commons Shopping Center
    CBRE|Triad is pleased to announce IHOP will be moving to Battleground Commons Shopping Center in Greensboro, NC. Alliance Pancake Partners LLC, dba IHOP, will be relocating from Westover Gallery of Shops to 4,269 square feet of space at Battleground Commons and expects to open mid-November 2016. CBRE|Triad’s Lydia Whitley represents the landlord for Battleground Commons Shopping Center.

    CBRE Cares Triad Volunteers at Peacehaven Community Farm in Whitsett, NC
    CBRE|Triad participated in a volunteer outing at Peacehaven Community Farm in Whitsett on September 21, on behalf of CBRE Cares, the company’s giving and volunteerism arm. A team of four CBRE|Triad volunteers helped cultivate and clear plants for fall harvest. This is the fifth time the office has volunteered at Peacehaven; the company plans to continue its support of this worthwhile organization in the future.

    CBRE|Triad Announces Sale of 415 Westcliff Road in Greensboro, NC
    CBRE|Triad is pleased to announce the investment sale of 415 Westcliff Road in Greensboro, NC for $5,100,000 to Oberlin Investors, LLC based out of Raleigh, NC. Managing Director Dodson Schenck and Senior Vice President Jonathan T. Smith with CBRE|Triad exclusively led the sale on account of the seller, Pegram Properties, LLC based out of Raleigh, NC.

Our office has had a tremendous impact in the Triad real estate community based on deal volume over the past several years.  In 2015, the Triad office completed 171 total transactions worth over $331.9 million.  Of those, 131 were lease transactions encompassing 3.1 million square feet worth $110.8 million, and 40 sales transactions worth $221.1 million.  In 2015, the CBRE Mid-South offices (excluding Northern Virginia and Charlotte, NC offices) completed 332 sales transactions totaling $1.6 billion, and 1,378 leasing transactions encompassing 17.9 million square feet with gross value of $1.2 billion.

Our office is the largest property management firm in the Piedmont Triad, managing over 6.9 million square feet for both owners and investors of commercial real estate. The vast portfolio includes office, industrial, retail and flex properties. 

Greensboro is located in the heart of North Carolina, approximately 70 miles west of Raleigh and 90 miles northeast of Charlotte.  The Triad market consists of approximately 75 million square feet of industrial space and 24 million square feet of office space.
