Our office has had a tremendous impact in the Triad real estate community based on deal volume over the past several years.  In 2015, the Triad office completed 171 total transactions worth over $331.9 million.  Of those, 131 were lease transactions encompassing 3.1 million square feet worth $110.8 million, and 40 sales transactions worth $221.1 million.   In 2015, the CBRE Mid-South offices (excluding Northern Virginia and Charlotte, NC offices) completed 332 sales transactions totaling $1.6 billion, and 1,378 leasing transactions encompassing 17.9 million square feet with gross value of $1.2 billion.

Our office is the largest property management firm in the Piedmont Triad, managing over 6.9 million square feet for both owners and investors of commercial real estate. The vast portfolio includes office, industrial, retail and flex properties. 

Greensboro is located in the heart of North Carolina, approximately 70 miles west of Raleigh and 90 miles northeast of Charlotte.  The Triad market consists of approximately 75 million square feet of industrial space and 24 million square feet of office space.
