Highwoods Case Study


CBRE|Triad was engaged by the previous owner to dispose of Madison Park, a seven building portfolio totaling close to 500,000 square feet in Winston-Salem.  CBRE recommended an owner financing strategy and was able to sell the assets.  In addition to selling the property, CBRE|Triad was retained for leasing responsibilities and recommended a re-positioning strategy.
