Located midway between Washington, DC and Atlanta, central to North Carolina’s I-85 corridor and just a few hours’ drive from both the Blue Ridge Parkway and North Carolina’s Atlantic Coast, the Piedmont Triad provides an excellent location for industry and for a superior quality of life.

  • Widely recognized as a major east coast distribution hub due to one of the most sophiscated interstate highway networks in the country traverses the Piedmont Triad. Five interstates- I-40, I-73, I-74, I-77, and I-85 intersect the region.
  • More than half of the nation’s population and most of its major markets are within a 500 mile radius of our mid-Atlantic location.
  • The Piedmont Triad International Airport services approximately 70 daily nonstop flights to key East Coast and Midwest cities, as well as major international flights.
