Craig King joined CBRE|Hubbell Commercial in January 2003 with an established track record in sales of over 14 years, including major account management and new account development.
 
Currently, Craig specializes in the aquisition, disposition, assemblage and development of commercial land. This includes representing landowners or developers in a wide array of services, such as marketing, compliance with local land use policies, and zoning considerations.
 
Prior to joining CBRE|Hubbell Commercial, Craig was a leading producer in the wireless industry.  Additionally, Craig has a diverse background in the hospitality sector with Marriott Hotels, the building industry with Home Depot, as well as independent commercial and residential contractors.
 
Craig's customers value his consistent follow-through on assignments, in addition to his consultive selling practices.
