Pat Lynch joined CBRE in 2011 as Managing Director within CBRE’s Data Center Solutions. In this role, Pat serves as the Practice Group Leader, and is responsible for leading transaction management services for organizations requiring data center and mission critical facilities strategies and solutions across North America.
Pat is a proven and successful leader with a commercial real estate career that spans 25 years. His corporate real estate experience includes leading real estate transactions in international telecommunications and data center developments. Pat’s unique expertise in data center and mission critical facilities, global corporate service delivery and portfolio optimization, combined with his senior management experience, provide him with an extensive understanding of data center strategy and transactions paired with a proven track record of successfully executing multimillion dollar transactions for site acquisitions and developments.
Pat spent 11 years as Global Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities for Level 3 Communications, managing a portfolio of more than 15 million sq. ft. of properties spanning North America, Europe and Asia, including more than six million sq. ft. of mission-critical facilities. Additionally, Pat previously served as Managing Director of Corporate Services Organization and National Director - Data Centers at an international Commercial Real Estate Services company. He was also a Managing Director for CRG West/Coresite, where he was responsible for site acquisitions, construction and operations of the company’s data center assets. Pat has also had leadership roles at First Data Corporation and MFS Communications.
Pat volunteers in numerous activities outside of work including coaching a competitive Junior High Boys Basketball team. Pat also serves on the Rocky Mountain Chapter Board for Both AFCOM and Corenet.
