Pat Lynch joined CBRE in 2011 as Managing Director within CBRE’s National Critical Environment Practice Group. In this role, Pat is responsible for directing transaction management services for organizations needing data center and mission critical facilities solutions nationwide. He works closely with CBRE’s Global Director of Critical Environments, concentrating on facilities management services, as well as with transaction and project management teams within CBRE to devise integrated end-to-end business solutions for CBRE’s corporate services and brokerage clients. Pat is based in Denver, CO.

Pat is a proven and successful leader with a commercial real estate career that spans 20 years. With a specialty in real estate transactions in international telecommunications and data center development, his expertise strengthens the company’s ability to integrate CBRE’s expertise in critical environments and site selection with additional key services critical to clients, including design, construction and facilities management. Further, these specialties in data center and mission critical facilities, global corporate service delivery and portfolio optimization, combined with Pat’s senior management experience, provide him extensive understanding and a proven record of successfully executing multimillion dollar transactions in site acquisition and development.

Most recently, Pat served as a Managing Director of the Corporate Services Organization and National Director for their Data Center Group at Grubb & Ellis. He was also a Managing Director for CRG West/Coresite, where he was responsible for site acquisitions, construction and operations of the company’s mission-critical assets. Additionally, Pat spent 11 years as Global Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities for Level 3 Communications, managing a portfolio of more than 15 million SF of properties spanning across North America, Europe and Asia, including more than six million square feet of mission-critical facilities.
