Professional Experience
Martin Mitchell directs Asset Services for CBRE in Dallas/Fort Worth, including a diversified portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties totaling 39 MSF with over 250 employees. Throughout his 11-year career in commercial real estate, Mr. Mitchell has personally managed a diverse assortment of properties in the Metroplex.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Mitchell was President and CEO of Southwest Real Estate Services, a property management company he founded in 1997. His company served as the property manager for Cityplace Center East, as well as facility manager for Fidelity Investments and 7-Eleven, Inc. Before transitioning to commercial real estate, he held several positions of increasing responsibility in the commercial banking industry over a 10 year period. His strong financial background, superior interpersonal skills and in-depth, hands-on approach allow him to maximize performance while minimizing client investment in every property under his supervision.
