Professional Experience
Jennifer Pierson is a national Managing Director of the CBRE Private Capital Group and is also part of CBRE's Capital Markets national leadership team. She co-leads the group with Jeffrey Ackerman. The Private Capital Group is part of CBRE's Investment Properties Group, which is the industry leader in the acquisition and disposition of income producing properties for third-party owners and has been ranked by Real Capital Analytics as the No. 1 firm in U.S. commercial property investment sales activity for six consecutive years.
Additionally, Ms. Pierson is a retail investment specialist with CBRE, serving private capital retail investors in North Texas and surrounding areas. She is widely recognized as a leading investment properties expert. Her expertise is in understanding the capital markets, including distressed assets, knowing and accessing private capital investors, as well as underwriting and developing marketing strategies for investment properties in North Texas. She is part of a shared database that reaches over 120,000 investors nationwide. She has represented numerous private investors in the disposition of their shopping centers and marketed over $3 billion in total transaction valuation.
Ms. Pierson began her real estate career working at a firm in Phoenix while obtaining her degree from Arizona State University. Ms. Pierson was named Rookie of the Year her first year at CBRE and has been a Top 10 Producer in Dallas/Fort Worth virtually every year after that. She has also been ranked as a Top 200 Producer nationally and a member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle, an honor reserved for the elite sales professionals at CBRE.
