Daniel Baker is a Vice President with the Dallas Multifamily team focusing on individual and portfolio level Multifamily asset dispositions in North Texas. Since 2012, Mr. Baker has been involved in $8 billion of multifamily investment transactions, including $2.4 billion in portfolio level executions. Mr. Baker works in partnership with Ryan Reid, Dirk Goris, and Jeremy Faltys to help lead client engagements on behalf of investors in the multifamily space including institutional investors, syndications, family offices, foreign investors, and REITs.
Prior to joining the Dallas Multifamily team, Mr. Baker worked in CBRE’s Global Research and Consulting group, working on assignments involving all commercial real estate asset classes. He analyzed macroeconomic data including labor market trends, interest projections, economic drivers, and real estate fundamentals. Mr. Baker is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a major in Economics with a concentration in Monetary Policy and Central Banking. Mr. Baker is a recipient of the Dean’s List Highest Academic Distinction Award.
