Professional Experience
Arlin Gaffner is the Chief Accounting Officer of CBRE with global responsibility for the firm’s internal and external financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
Prior to becoming Chief Accounting Officer, Mr. Gaffner was Chief Financial Officer of Trammell Crow Company (TCC), CBRE’s wholly-owned real estate development services subsidiary, with responsibility for the financial oversight and management of TCC. Prior to the sale of TCC to CBRE, Mr. Gaffner served as Chief Accounting Officer of TCC from 2002 thru 2006. Mr. Gaffner joined TCC in 1988 and served in various positions including Controller-Oklahoma Division, Controller-Houston Region and Director-Budgeting and Forecasting before his promotion to Chief Accounting Officer in 2002.
Mr. Gaffner began his career in public accounting with Arthur Young & Company where he advanced to Audit Manager before moving into industry in 1984.
