Lynn has served CBRE since 1997. Having demonstrated a remarkable ability in marketing and maintaining client relationships in the healthcare industry for 17 years, Lynn has had the opportunity to successfully apply this knowledge to the industrial real estate market. She is particularly known for her ability to provide exceptional service to her clients and creatively market properties for their owners. Additionally, she actively pursues all potential opportunities on behalf of users in leasing or purchasing properties within the San Gabriel Valley.
As a resident in the San Gabriel Valley, Lynn has focused on industrial properties primarily along the 210 Corridor from Pasadena to Pomona. She has completed over 10.4 million square feet of sales and leasing transactions, worth a total of $605 million in consideration.
