2013 marks the 27th anniversary of the Cleveland commercial real estate office of CBRE. The first office opened in 1986 and since then, CBRE has grown to become a nine-office operation and market leader in all facets of commercial real estate brokerage and property management in Northeast Ohio.

There are three CBRE brokerage offices covering Northeast Ohio. The main office is located in Public Square in downtown Cleveland. In 2007, another downtown office was established in the Hanna Building, located in the Playhouse Square District. Additionally, to better cover the Akron and Canton markets, a satellite office was created in 1999 in the heart of Downtown Akron. Our company also has numerous property management offices and client-owned properties strategically located around the region. Our primary geographic coverage includes, but is not limited to, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, Stark and Summit Counties.
