Cincinnati, March 31, 2014 – The Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority announces the Industrial Services Group of Lowe/ Whitten/ Schenke/Williams at CBRE to market the expansion of TechSolve II Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. The 12.6 acre business park can support new build to suit of 150,000-175,000 square feet, and includes a newly-renovated 25,000 square foot building for light, high-tech manufacturing, office or distribution space.
