Professional Experience

Rob Stockhausen’s career began in 1991 at Bullock, Terrell and Manelley (BTM) in Atlanta, Georgia, where his responsibilities involved commercial leasing from both a tenant and landlord perspective. He has worked in commercial brokerage and/or private investments ever since.

Prior to becoming managing director and principal broker of the Charlottesville office in July 2006, he was employed by Real Estate III Commercial Properties, Inc., where he was active in all forms of commercial brokerage and development. At that time, he was a partner in the development of Zion Crossroads Industrial Park as well as the principal and lead developer for a Wonder Bread distribution facility in Charlottesville. Mr. Stockhausen is currently a partner in the development of Waterhouse, LLC, a 100,000 square foot condo development in Downtown Charlottesville.

Today, Mr. Stockhausen focuses on large commercial land listings in and around the Charlottesville area, although he is also active in Fluvanna, Louisa, Orange, Nelson, Madison, Greene and Augusta counties. In 2009, he had over $100 million in land listings.
