Professional Experience
Parker specializes in office real estate as a tenant representative in the greater Charlotte area. Parker also represents multi-market corporate clients, helping them maximize real estate savings by negotiating leases across the U.S. Prior to joining CBRE's tenant representation group, Parker oversaw office leasing at a mixed-use development master planned for 2.2 million square feet. He joined CBRE via its merger with Trammell Crow Company in 2006. At TCC, Parker also focused on site selection and portfolio management for Fortune 500 clients across the country.
Parker graduated from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration and remains involved with UNC's local alumni chapter. His other community passions are the YMCA, the Men's Shelter of Charlotte, Hope Community Church, and The Barnabas Center. He also enjoys basketball, tennis and (humbly) following UNC football during his free time.
