Olympic Towers

300 Pearl Street | Buffalo, New York

Olympic Towers is located in downtown Buffalo, NY and comprised of two towers that make up the office complex. The complex is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was built by architects Green & Wicks in 1901 as a new facility for the YMCA’s second oldest chapter in the United States. The complex today consists of the 10-story historic tower, a 4-story atrium, and a 4-story office tower addition added in the 1980’s.

The complex is centrally placed in Buffalo’s central business district (CBD), with its main entrance on Pearl Street and an additional entrance on Franklin Street. Elmwood Avenue, Pearl Street, Delaware Avenue, and Main Street are the major north/south roadways accessing the area. The property is predominately located near the courts, city offices, and many nearby amenities. The atrium features the well-known café The Gourmet Store, serving breakfast and lunch, while offering catering services to tenants.

The building is recently under the new ownership of Prime Asset Fund, an investment group with offices in Los Angeles and Tampa, and Genesee Street Partners LLC, a New York City partnership.
