Due to the subject property’s unique location and use as a heavy equipment repair facility it was recommended by CBRE that the marketing of the property be implemented based upon a bid process with a set date for offer submittals. Multiple bids were obtained on the bid deadline date and further negotiations were conducted with selected parties resulting in the acceptance of a Purchase and Sale Contract which exceeded the Seller’s expectations.
