Michael Clark has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. His responsibilities include providing full commercial brokerage service to companies throughout upstate New York. Michael’s initial year of commercial real estate began in 1988 and was spent with the international real estate counselling firm of Landauer Associates in West Palm Beach, Florida. While employed by Landauer, he gained experience working with institutional investors consulting on advisory, valuation, marketing, and feasibility study analyses.
Michael’s real estate expertise at CBRE|Buffalo includes retail tenant and landlord representation, conventional commercial brokerage, multiple site selection for retailers, and detailed financial analysis of all relative aspects of the transaction. He has experience working with corporate facility managers, executive decision makers, and individual investors in defining real estate needs, developing real estate strategies, and completing commercial real estate transactions. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Michael has been involved in a large number of area real estate projects.
- He has also developed strong relationships with organizations such as the ECIDA (Erie County Industrial Development Agency) and the BNE (Buffalo Niagara Enterprise). Both play active roles in the Western New York commercial real estate market.
