Professional Experience

Bob joined CBRE in 1982 and has over 33 years experience as a real estate professional in the Chicago area. During his first year in commercial sales, he was named “Broker of the Year” for highest income in the North Central Region of the United States. He has served as Senior Vice President and Managing Officer for the CBRE Lincolnshire office, supervising a network of brokers specializing in office brokerage. Before becoming a real estate professional, Bob was a professional musician playing piano and touring with Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley, Little Anthony, the Shirelles and Tommy James. Bob Reaumond demonstrates an integrated approach to office acquisition and disposition. He views real estate decisions in the context of the client’s overall strategic objectives and seeks to understand how real estate impacts each company’s productivity and profitability. To fulfill the client’s real estate requirements he provides appropriate services including strategic real estate planning, transaction management, development and design/build, financial and tax engineering, asset valuation, project management and divestiture. Bob specializes in integrating the vertical services of CBRE to benefit the clients overall goals.
