As a Senior Vice President and a leader in CBRE’s Manufactured Housing Group, Mike Nissley specializes in the acquisition and disposition of mobile home and recreational vehicle communities and land. In addition to selling MHC’s and RVC’s for their cash flow value, Mr. Nissley identifies unique value opportunities, which helps his clients receive significant returns over the cash flow value of their investments. He joined CBRE from Grubb & Ellis where he led a national group focused on manufactured housing communities and land. Mr. Nissley began his real estate brokerage career with Grubb & Ellis in 2002 and quickly earned the Grubb & Ellis Circle of Excellence award in 2005 and 2006, ranking in the top 50 brokers nationwide.
Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Nissley was Vice President of Residential Development Group Inc., an owner/operator of 22 manufactured housing communities throughout Florida. He was the Portfolio Manager responsible for various aspects including acquisitions due diligence, financial reporting and oversight of property management. Mr. Nissley has also been involved with the property management and leasing of a small family owned portfolio of industrial properties.
Mr. Nissley is married and has four children.
