As Managing Director of Asset Services, Marcy H. Moneypenny oversees the strategic property management responsibilities for CBRE's Atlanta region, which includes a portfolio of more than 30 million SF of office, industrial and retail properties located in Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama and Tennessee. Leading a staff of four directors who in turn manage 160 real estate managers and engineering personnel, Ms. Moneypenny ensures that the day-to-day management and operations requirements are being met, in order to meet the investment interests of the buildings’ owners.
Ms. Moneypenny has been involved in real estate management, leasing and marketing for more than 20 years and has been with CBRE since 2004. Prior to her current position with CBRE, she has represented such institutional clients as Metropolitan Life Insurance, Mutual of New York, Shearson Lehman, The Rockefeller Group of New York, Merrill Lynch Hubbard and The Travelers Group. Ms. Moneypenny has worked with third party management companies such as Hines, Balcor/Tishman West Companies, Cushman & Wakefield and Lincoln Property Company. Her real estate experience is diverse in the office, retail and industrial markets located in Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, Indiana, Tennessee, South Carolina and Georgia. Ms. Moneypenny also has a wide range of experience in the leasing and marketing of real estate through creating and implementing the advertising/public relations materials used at on-site marketing centers as well as the implementation of tenant retention programs specifically targeted to assets with high occupancy levels and multiple leases renewals.
