Kevin Geiger has focused on multihousing sales
since joining CBRE in 1989. He and his associates are recognized as one of the
most innovative and successful teams in the country, having transacted $12
billion in multihousing transactions since 2000.
Mr. Geiger's primary focus is working with
private, high net worth buyers as well as institutional investors seeking
apartment investments in Atlanta and the Southeast. He spends most of his energy
identifying the most aggressive and well-funded capital for his assignments and
focusing them on these opportunities.
He excels at transaction management and
execution. By having a superb understanding of buyer motivations, he is able to
focus his efforts on groups that are likely to perform. There is no substitute
for one-on-one discussions, and the execution phase of the marketing process is
one of his primary strengths.
Mr. Geiger is a member of CBRE's Major
Accounts Group, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Atlanta
Apartment Association. He obtained a B.A. from the University of Louisville,
and is licensed in the state of Georgia and South Carolina.
