Bryan Heller is a Senior Vice President for
CBRE’s Landlord Representation Group in Atlanta. Mr. Heller has been recognized
as one of Atlanta's top office producers for the past several years. Under Mr. Heller's
leadership, his team including Peter McGuone and Heather Lamb has generated
nearly seven million square feet in lease transactions representing more than $535
million in aggregate lease volume from 2006-2015.
Mr. Heller and his team are routinely
called upon by clients to lease value-add opportunities, given their past
successes in communicating the right story to the user and brokerage communities.
Furthermore, Mr. Heller and his team have recently been called upon to best
position unique, “experiential” real estate such as mixed use projects like Johns
Creek, Avalon and the Forum in Peachtree Corners, given their ability to market
these assets to Fortune 500 companies and rapidly-growing technology firms
Prior to CBRE’s acquisition of TPA Realty
Services in December 2012, Mr. Heller led leasing operations for TPA's portfolio.
Prior to joining TPA, he worked at Transwestern Commercial Services, where he
represented such third-party clients as CIGNA, Prudential, iStar Financial and
Griffin Capital. From 2002 through 2005, Mr. Heller completed more than 700,000
square feet of leases. He began his career at Opus in Atlanta where he was ultimately
responsible for leasing its North Fulton Class A office portfolio during his more
than three year stint.
