The Women’s Network is a group of people who have come together from throughout the company to further a set of common ideals: mentoring, professional development and personal enrichment.
The group is united in its pursuit to make CBRE a better place—indeed, the best place—not just for women, but for everyone.
With a true grassroots beginning, the Women’s Network started with an informal breakfast meeting involving 35 female professionals from across the United States. The dynamics and energy of the group were compelling, and senior management took notice. Soon the Women’s Network was officially launched and its positive impact on the company was immediate.
Today, the group is more than 500 members strong, with representation from all three of the company’s global regions and a eight-member Advisory Board. Comprised primarily of women, the group’s members bring a diverse range of experience and tenure, and represent nearly all of CBRE's service lines.
Together, the group has established five key programs—each designed to target one of the Women’s Network initiatives:

- Mentoring Program
- Women's Networking Forum
