  • Debbie Fan, Senior Vice President and Treasurer in the El Segundo office, was recently selected as an Honoree for the LA Women’s Business Awards presented by the Los Angeles Lakers and Comerica Bank.
  • Mary Sharp, Chief Operating Officer of the CBRE affiliate office in Memphis, TN, was recently recognized by the Memphis Business Journal as one of the city’s Top 25 Super Women in Business.
  • First Vice President Kerry Olson Hawkins, from CBRE’s Boston office, is among the recipients of NAIOP’s 2012 Developing Leader Award.
  • Lynn Vilmar, Senior Real Estate Manager, was recently asked to serve a second term as Vice Chair of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) International’s State and Local Government Affairs Committee through June 2013.

  • Lacey Willard, RPA, Associate Director of Recovery & Restructuring Services in Florida, has been named to lead the BOMA Greater Tampa Bay Chapter as President for a two-year term.
  • Jim Maenner, CCIM, SIOR and Heidi Rush-Morrison of CBRE|MEGA were recently honored by the Nebraska CCIM chapter for the NorthStar Financial relocation, one of the region’s largest deals in 2011.

  • Lori Morgan publishes her first children’s book, Do I Have Friends, which was picked up by Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Lori translated her experiences of childhood through the eyes of Sam, a young horse who learns that to have friends, one has to be a friend.
