Since he joined CBRE in 2000, Brad has negotiated nearly $10 billion of transactions in deals ranging from 1,000 to over 1 million square feet. His clients include some of the largest financial service firms in the country, and many of the fastest-growing tech companies in the world.
Brad has a deep knowledge of the dynamic Chicago real estate market, and strong ties within the city’s tech scene. With extensive experience and a clear view of both real estate and technology, Brad delivers results based on each of his client’s unique business needs while ensuring their ability to meet and navigate the challenges of growth, change and new workplace trends.
As an active entrepreneur and angel investor, Brad is an avid champion of Chicago’s business community and a powerful connector among his peers. He is an industry expert and thought leader, speaking on panels for events including Built In Chicago, Chicago Ideas Week and RE Journal’s Chicago Forecast, focusing on the future of commercial real estate in Chicago. His commentary has also been featured in numerous publications including Crain’s Chicago Business, The Wall Street Journal, RE Journals, Bloomberg.com and The Real Deal.
Brad is a father of 4, and an active philanthropist. Over the past several years, he has participated in the Triple Bypass Cycling Race in Colorado to raise awareness for the causes that have impacted his family and 7-year-old daughter Ava, who has cerebral palsy and epilepsy. As a result, Brad has raised over $1.5 million for the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago, Easterseals DuPage & Fox Valley and Kidnectivity.
