Program
The symposium will convene at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 25, and conclude following a pre-departure breakfast on Wednesday, February 27.

Venue
The Camelback Inn, set on 125 acres of desert landscape, provides guests with an authentic Southwestern experience. This newly renovated, AAA five-diamond resort offers fine dining, an award-winning spa, 36 holes of championship golf and luxurious accommodations.

Expenses
Lodging for Monday and Tuesday nights, function meals and the recreational activity you select as part of your registration are provided compliments of CBRE. Transportation, extended hotel stays, additional recreational activities and spa treatments, in-room dining and hotel incidentals are the responsibility of the guest.

Arrangements will be made for your accommodations at the Camelback Inn. Please do not contact the hotel directly; our staff will take care of your reservation.

Early Arrivals | February 24
If your travel schedule requires you to arrive on this date, please indicate this on the registration form. There are a limited number of rooms available for Sunday, February 24, and they will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Flights
Attendees are responsible for their own airfare and flight arrangements.

Airport Transfers
You will be responsible for the cost of your transportation from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to the resort. Taxis are readily available at the airport. Convenient, comfortable van service is offered by SuperShuttle, with no pre-booking necessary. The Camelback Inn is eight miles from Sky Harbor Airport, and travel time is approximately 20 minutes.

Weather
Average daytime highs in February are in the low- to mid-70s, with dry conditions and ample sunshine. Evenings can be chilly in the desert, so be sure to pack a warm sweater or jacket.

Attire
Dress is business-casual for general sessions and the welcome dinner. For Tuesday afternoon activities, recreational attire is appropriate.

Golf Tournament
The golf tournament will be played on the Padre Course at Camelback Golf Club. Course assignments and golf pairing lists will be available when you pick up your boxed lunches at Peace Pipe on Tuesday.

Camelback Golf Club, one of Arizona's premier clubs, features 36 holes of championship golf. The Padre Course, designed by renowned architect Arthur Hills, features towering trees, subtle landforms and impressive bunkering to sharpen your game. This 6,903-yard, par-72 design is known for its strategic layout, and its 18th hole was voted the best water hole in Arizona by Golf Magazine.

Shuttle Transportation: Shuttle buses will leave at 12:15 p.m. sharp from The Flagpoles area of the resort, situated directly behind the Bell Stand. Attendants will be available to direct you to your assigned bus.

Golf Clubs: If you have reserved rental clubs they will already be set up on your cart. If you are bringing your own clubs, they can be left at the Bell Stand at check-in. They will be labeled and transported to the golf club.

Tennis
Challenge your colleagues to a tennis match on one the resort's six championship tennis courts. Equipment will be provided.

Spa
Enjoy an afternoon of pampering at the award-winning Camelback Inn Spa. Experience a signature facial or Swedish massage, and then relax in one of several tranquil lounges. The Spa also offers a wide range of fitness classes, a heated outdoor lap pool, sauna and steam rooms, and a fitness center.

When you check into your hotel room, a note with your spa appointment time will be included. If you are not staying at the Camelback Inn, please ask about your spa appointment during registration.
